ReAct to your Dreams was an independent radio project I conceived and hosted as a space for conversation, reflection and self-discovery. The programme explored themes related to wellbeing, personal growth and the symbolic world of dreams, using storytelling and dialogue to encourage listeners to reflect on their own experiences.

The programme was aimed at young audiences and people interested in holistic approaches to self-awareness. Rather than presenting dreams as fixed interpretations, the format invited guests and listeners to explore different perspectives, emotions and possible meanings through open and conversational dialogue.

Each episode followed a two-part structure. The first section connected the guest and the central theme of the episode, creating a relaxed conversation around wellbeing, personal experiences and different perspectives. The second section, “Story of a Dream,” introduced a dream connected to the topic and opened a space for reflection, interpretation and shared exploration.

Through the project, I combined concept development, content curation, storytelling, interviewing, hosting and audience engagement. It became an early exploration of an idea that continues to inform my work today: creating welcoming spaces where stories and conversation can encourage people to pause, reflect and connect more deeply with themselves and others.
